Day 0 — Arrival
Arrive in Kingston and settle into your private room in our therapist-hosted residence. Light dinner, grounding orientation, and space to rest before beginning the journey.
Day 1 — Preparation & Opening Dose
Gentle preparation, intention-setting, and therapeutic connection. Opening Dosing Session (low dose) — a soft, supportive introduction to the medicine, designed to ease your system into the work ahead.
Day 2 — Blue Mountain Breakfast + Primary Dose Session
Morning: scenic drive to the Blue Mountains for breakfast, reflection, and grounding.
Evening: Primary psilocybin session, clinically supervised by your psychologist. Immediate in-person integration follows.
Day 3 — Beach Integration Roadtrip
A relaxed, meaningful day of beach-based integration, combining conversation, reflection, and gentle cultural immersion. Return to Kingston.
